What is our greatest enemy? Segregation.
Major Robert Odell Owens (June 28, 1936 – October 21, 2013) was a New York politician and a prominent member of the Democratic Party who served in the United States House of Representatives from 1983 to 2007; representing the state's 11th Congressional district.
The co-operative spirit and principles enable us to aggregate and synergize seemingly meagre resources that in the end, accomplish great developmental achievements for our target populations' suffering the highest rates of unemployment; underdevelopment; or underemployment.
Strengthen and build elevated communities
Address individual and communities impediments or limitations to lack of opportunities for economic empowerment's by appropriating pooling together resources and energies that support expected outcomes.
